Donating Blood...

Dear Tutor,
For Example X got blood type of A. Y is less of blood and required A to donate blood. However A got allergy and A Body got reds dot and itchy skin. It is adviseable for A to donate blood to B? will the allergy will inherited to B once the blood A is donated to B?
