Do I need to memorize all these acupoints?

Yes, all the specific points are important! I mean the ones which are given specially entitled in the blanks, including all you have mentioned, but still some more.
As to the other points you'd better remember as much as possible, at least you should remember the names, the location, and which meridian they are in.
Is it difficult?
