Herb Storage

Can someone advise how to store herbs, what media is best to be used
(Glass, plastic, or wood) ?

Personally I think the glass wares are the best for storing the herbs, or the good porcelain wares are also the recommended choice.
Wooden wares can be only used for temporary storage, while the plastic ones are not recommended.
Nowadays, it's also recommended to put the herbs in good refrigerating containers in summer time to avoid the insects.
Anyway, it's not recommendable to store the herbs for too long!
