Dear tutor,

I have come across an article “Acupuncture of the anti-ashi acupoint in the treatment of 110 patients with motion traumatic pain” ([i:8b75019270]Zhongguo Linchuang Kangfu[/i:8b75019270] 2006;10(39):33-5) by Wei Sheng-min, Wang Qiang, Wang Feng-yang and Wu Chao from Hebei Province of China.

From the abstract, the acupunture technique described in the article seems to be quite interesting. However, it is not clear what is meant by "[b:8b75019270]anti-ashi acupoint[/b:8b75019270]". [b:8b75019270]Ashi[/b:8b75019270] points are discussed in the Medboo course, but [b:8b75019270]anti-ashi[/b:8b75019270]?! Could you explain what the authors could mean?

You can download the full text of the article in Chinese with English abstract in PDF format from http://www.zglckf.com/ejournal/upfiles/2006-39/39k-033(ps).pdf (664 kb).

Thank you.
