In description of Stomach Meridian and Spleen Meridian is very interesting indication, namely to treat abdominal masses and lumps (for Tianshu ST 25 and Fushe SP 13). What masses it means? Is it possible to use these points to treat neoplasm?
There is indication to use points of Spleen Meridian to treat irritability. How it may be interpreted - as irritability of organ or as common irritability like shortness of temper?

Answer:
1). In ancient time, people didin't know what the masses or lumps are, but they would use the local points to treat, so the masses and lumps could be anything felt like masses or lumps in the lower abdomin, maybe neoplasm!
2). Yes, that's the emotional or mental irritability, not really the irritability of organs, e.g. irritable intestinal disorder.
