I would like to give me an explanation on pulse diagnosis that I had stuck long time ago !

In chapters 9 / 10 / 48 of Ling Shu and chapter 77 of Su Wen tells about “renying qi kou fa” can I suppose that renying is referring the pulse that is taken to stomach 9
And “qi kou “ as the wrist region where the pulse is taken ?
What useful explanation you may give for these two different regions of taking the pulse ?

Is this accurate in clinical application in china today ?
I think that this manner of taking these pulses has something to do with meridians in particular but I am not sure !!!

Can we say that blood is a bit stronger than qi ?
