Dear Tutor

is greasy ,oily skin(scalp ) is a syndrom of internal dampnes ?(yellow tongue coating, tonque is red)

Treatment should be eliminating dampnes from spleen ?

am I right ?

and what about if oily skin is connected with emotional stress?
is it a syndrom Liver - spleen dysharmony ?

What should be done in this case -what is a treatment principle ?

thanks in advance

Dear Tommy,
It seems the case is not the pure dampness, it should be mixed with heat.

If it's also related with the stress, it should be the disharmony between spleen and liver, or even the gallbladder.

So, the treating principle is to harmonize the spleen and liver and to eliminate dampness and clear heat.
