TCM studies Qi, Blood, Meridians.. which are not physiology and pathology. Is this right?

Also, how do we observe or feel Qi?

Qi, blood, and meridians are indeed the parts of physiology of TCM, but not really the pathology, though they could be involved with pathology.

To observe or feel the Qi, in traditonal Chinese medicine we have four diagnostic methods which will be described in course B.

For sure there'll be some other methods in China, but they are not really taken as the ones of TCM, at least nowadays not.
