what is Zong qi, qi hua and collaterals? How to write in Chinese?

Hi, Zhen Li,
It's first time you come over this forum, right?
But it seems you have some good questions.
I'm sure you'd like to know the Chinese words for these stuffs.
As to Zongqi, it is written in Chinese as 宗气.
While Qihua is written in Chinese as 气化.
Collateral is the called Luo in Chinese and written as 络. So there are something of herbal products such as 大活络丹、小活络丹etc.
