An institution called "International College of Acupuncture and Natural Medicine (ICANM)" operating in New Delhi, India by Dr. Raman Kapur (graduated from Medboo Course ABCDEFG in 2003; N-9 Greater Kailash-1, New Delhi 110 048, India, e-mail: info@icanm.com ) and Dr. Sunita Kapur offers an on-line Traditional Chinese Medicine (TCM) Correspondence Course priced at US$500.00. The detailes of the course can be found at http://www.icanm.com/pages/common/about_course.asp . The course is claimed to have been developed by Dr. Sunita Kapur, but from the course description and the sample pages ( http://www.icanm.com/pages/samples/index.asp ) it can be easily seen that the course, at least, the main part of it, is identical to the Medboo Course ABCD (priced at US$325.00). Do you think the ICANM course has been stolen from Medboo? Should Medboo take any actions in this respect? Or maybe the ICANM is authorised by Medboo to offer their course materials on-line?
