Little urine

One of my friend askes for help, 65 years old, he has very littlie urine, only 1 or 2 times per day. His pulse, right hand side is normal, but left hand is very weak, especially lung place. I think, because he is lung yang deficiency, water couldn't go down to the bladder. Right? I should work on lung meridian and some location points. Should I work on bladder meridian also?
Since I couldn't find some information about the treatment of little urine, I am going to borrow the prescription of urine retention. That is : Jieque(LU), Qugu(CV),Pangguangshu(BL), Weiyang(BL). Right?
My an other question is : what different between little urine and urine retention?
