Email server problems?

Since last week I tried to email you (3 times) for requesting the exam for course B, but all emails are returning in my inbox with this message :

Also I send emails to master@ontcm.com and info@ontcm.com and I received same message warnings.

I hope this problem will be solved soon .
Could you please send me the first exam for course B and maybe you have an alternative email address to send the answers .

Yes of course I would receive many emails a day!

Majority of the Medboo students would register an email address with Yahoo or Hotmail, so they seldom have got any email problems.

Those who do not use the yahoo or hotmail email addresses would occasionally have problems.

I think Medboo informed you at the very beginning when they enrolled you that you should have a valid email address, the best is a yahoo one or a hotmail one.

I have also emailed you the answers of course B the 21th of February with a GMail (Google) account that did not return in my inbox. Could you please check if you received it and please send my the corrections and the next exam of course B. If not, I will open a Yahoo or Hotmail account.
