Internal Heat and Dampness

Tutor,

Are there acupunture points for treating internal heat and dampness, or would it be better to use herbs. If both can be used; which is better?

Hello Tutor,

This is my second post. My first post under the wrong name - my apologies!

Is there something wrong with my question? I asked it because I use questions to motivate me to study and my daughter has a skin rash which I believe is due to 'internal heat.'
