How we differentiate between alergic rhinitis and sinusitis?

hi M.H,
nah....that's is my question since both of them are quite similiar. how can we identify and judge patient if they are subjected or vonis to alergic rhinitis or sinusitis

So it's different!
The sinusitis is a special problem in TCM, while the allergic rhinitis is considered an exterior syndrome.
There could be some similar syndromes for the two.

I am talking about TCM . Does sinusitis is differs from alergic Rhinitis?
or only the different terms?
