Hi Tutor.
What mean when the three right pulse are strong and the three lefht pulse are weak? And, when one pulse is very weak is necessary to strengthen the concerning organ?
Best regards

My Dear tutor
…as I said recently you are very wise MASTER and not an ordinary practitioner of TCM and this agreement comes from other students too.
I would like to give me an explanation on pulse diagnosis that I had stuck long time ago !
In chapters 9 / 10 / 48 of Ling Shu and chapter 77 of Su Wen tells about “renying qi kou fa” can I suppose that renying is referring the pulse that is taken to stomach 9
And “qi kou “ as the wrist region where the pulse is taken ?
What useful explanation you may give for these two different regions of taking the pulse ?
Is this accurate in clinical application in china today ?
I think that this manner of taking these pulses has something to do with meridians in particular but I am not sure !!!
You gave a useful explanation [b:8c40c26f68]when the right side hand pulse is strong while the left one is weaker, we usually say the Qi is a bit stronger than blood. Then you might decide which is in disorder according to the patients' manifestations.[/b:8c40c26f68] But what can I suppose when left side hand pulse is strong while right side pulse is weaker ? Can we say that blood is a bit stronger than qi ?
Deep, thready and weak pulse does indicate the insufficiency of Qi and blood, but it appears more on the left side, so we should think more of the blood.
Dear Tutor
Really the pulse is thread and twist, but not intermitent. It is regular and rapid in the right, and deep, thread and weaker in the left side.
