Hypochondriac region

Please help me locate the hypochondriac region, and how is it associated with the epigastric. I am having trouble distinguishing the two. Thanks for the asssist.

Dear Bob,
The hypochondiriac region is the upper lateral region on each side of the body and between the thorax, beneath the ribs.
While the epigatric region is the one over the pit of stomach.
