Title: xuanzhong (GB39)

Hi David King
How are you?
In text, and in some books, the olcalization of Xuanzhong (GB39) is posterior of the tibia, but in others books is anterior of the tibia. Why is there this differnce? How is the correct localization?
Best wishes.
Wilson Marino

Dear Wilson Marino,

In fact, the different opinions are from the ancient time.

Now, according to the State Standardization, the point is located posterior to the tibia, that's the universally accepted official opinion at the moment in China.
