When is done the association of two or more formulas, it should be used together or in different times?

Dear Wilson,
It all depends!
Usually we could take the formulas together, but not always, it depends on the compatability of the herbal materials.

It's not so easy to learn how to combine the formulas, you have to follow a teacher (or many) to learn how to use the herbs.
