Title: Is FengShui indeed part of TCM?

Hey there,

I read that FengShui is considered part of TCM. Is that true? If not how would you describe the relationship of FengShui and TCM?

Regards,

Personally I think Fengshui should not be a real part of TCM, but they are closely related.

In old time, some TCM physicians could understand more or less Fengshui, but not really the experts of it.

The occurrence of diseases could be in close relationship with the surroundings, which is studied in more detail by Fengshui.

So, even nowadays, some good TCM physicians would think of the Fengshui when they treat patients.

Besides. both TCM and Fengshui are based on the Yin-Yang and Five-element theories, so there could be some similarities between the two.

However, one concentrates on the surrounding while the other on the human body. That's the root difference, I think.
