Hi Tutor
In acupuncture there are main meridians, branchs of the main meridians, its collaterals, extra meridiansand their acupoints. My question is; How was done this theory, the path of the every meridians and is branchs? Was it by clinical observation, felling during qi gong pratice, or another reason?

Dear Wilson,
What do you think of it?

There could have been different ways and methods in finding this system, but from ancient time up to now, there's been different opionions on it, the TCM practitioners would prefer the accumulation of the clinical experience while some Daoist or other Qigong practitioners would say it's the discovery during Qigong practice.

Offically, it is said that the system was found by means of clinical practice.
