Question to tutor / Tofu versus meat

Thank you very much for your advice concerning my friend's pancreatitis.

You adviced meatsoup. Is it also possible to replace meat with Tofu and other soy products ?

I am vegetarian and can live on soy products, is this also possible for ill people ?

Also do i know that for recovering, chicken soup is very good.

Dear Tsultrim,
For very weak patients, Dou Fu is not enough, animal food is necessary.

Sometimes, Dou Fu is even contraindicated to some diseases, such as renal failure.

For sure, healthy people may live on Dou Fu, so as a vegetarian, you don't have to take animal food.
