How are you? Long time no talk.
I just got a very stragne case, I would like to have your oppinion.
A man, 60 years old, complain pain in his left arm, he even could not held a coffee cup. He had a swollen light dack tougue with thin white coating, sleep so so, but appetite is not bad.
He didn't catch cold, but his pulse is superficial baddly in lung,spleen and liver portion, is week in kidney portion.
I think he had a prolonged endogenous disease, or is that a sign of heart attack? if not, what kind disease will be? Could you please give me some tips?
