To whom it might concern.I have 2x contacted my tutor via email and requested to do an exam.A promise has been made to reply within 24 hours, but I have not received any sign of life from my tutor.I don't even know his/her name.
This is not professional.Question: can I get a refund of the fee payed for courses ABCDEFG?
