Dear Tutor,
thank you for your answer: it is encouraging to me!
Regarding the direction of Yin and Yang channels of energy, I suppose that - even though Yin normally goes downward and Yang upward - in this case they are directionated toward each other: Yang goes down to reach Yin, and Yin goes up to reach Yang. In this way they are interconnected in the body to create a vital equilibrium. If Yang would go upward and Yin downward they wouldn't meet each other - they would be separated, and that means stagnation or death!
Please, Tutor, tell me: is this kind of argument too philosophical or perhaps "westerner"? Or it could be in a right connection with the TCM way of thinking?
OK, forgive me if I am too tedious!
Thank you! |
