Title: Some query about the course

Dear admin,

Your corresspondence TCM course is very wonderful and interesting. However, I have some question to ask for. Since Chinese language is very unique both in written word and pronounciation, what ways you translate specific words and traditional Chinese terminology to English.

Can Chinese herb names and medicine formula in the courses text and material be consistent with the widely used references.

I live in Thailand. I want to make sure that I can correctly pronounce herb names and get the right stuff when I buy it from Chinese marchandisers after completion of the course.

Thank you.

Manee

Hello Dear Manee, Nice to meet you here. Thank your interesting in our TCM and acupuncture distance training program.
1. The translation of specific words and terminology to English is based on the standard of the Dictionary of Chinese-English and the Medical Dictionary of Chinese-English. So, please don't warry about it.

2. About the names of Chinese herbs and formulae, There are three name styles stated in the textbooks, namely English, Latin and Chinese phoneticize. And they are also consistent with the widely used references( Pinyin).

3. You can correctly pronounce herb names and get the right stuff when I buy it from Chinese marchandisers after completion of the course.

Please don't hesitate to contact me if you have any question else.

Best regards
