what kind of herbs for external use do you prefare in clinical practise for skin infection of staphylococus epidermidis . what kind of herb has the strongest properities against it ( extrenal use)

Dear Tommy,
Please try to find the herbal materials in course E and see which ones are good for the skin disorders, or otherwise, see which ones are good for the syndromes you are asking.
It seems strange you didn't catch the right way of traditional Chinese medicine, i.e. [u:2310d65ce1][b:2310d65ce1]the differential diagnosis of syndromes!!![/b:2310d65ce1][/u:2310d65ce1]
In TCM, it is never asked which is the best for what germs, but we would say which are the best for which syndrome, or for the conditions caused by what pathgenic factors or of what pathogenesis.

I understand that we must first make a syndrom differentation ( bian zhan)
basis on the diagnosis ( it seems like toxic heat)
so we can use herbs that clears toxin heat as : po gong ying, zhi hua , ma chi xian, jin yi hua etc .
is that correct ?

It seems you are really thinking a bit!!!
Yes, if it is indeed a case of heat-toxin, the mateirals mentioned by you are more or less effective! But I 'm not quite sure what Zhi Hua means.
In fact these materials could be taken orally. Maybe some more could be added, Zihuadiding, Lianqiao, Zicao, Zhizi, etc.
As to the externallly-used materials, you might go to see such as Baixianpi, Kushen, Difuzi, etc.
