No, it's not correct!
The right name in Chinese is Dao Tan Tang!
Yes, the action is to eliminate the phlegm, with the association of the manifestations of stuffiness in the chest and around the diaphram, cough, nausea, poor appetite, or even anorexia; or with the rising of liver wind together with phlegm, vomiting, headache, vertigo, or even worse as the syncope caused by the phlegm.
So it is a strong phlegm-eliminating formula.
