Hi Tutor
I have a patient, a woman, wich cannot become pregnant for three years.
Her left chi pulse is very deep and weak, and the others pulses are slipper. I think it is because the kidney yang is deficient, and there are cold and phlegm in lower jiao. So the Chong and Ren mai and her uterus cannot make full. She has ovary cyst and hypothyroidism. What do you think? My thougt is right?
Is her left Chi pulse deep? or her right one?
Why do you think it's kidney Yang deficiency?
Are there any other manifestations?
Sorry, is her right chi pulse deep and weak.
Moreover, she has edema mainly in waist, urinate three times per day, bronchitis in cold wheater, lassitude, tongue with with and slippery fur, and as I said, she has hypothiroidism and ovary cyst (it was solved with treatment).
I cannot deny the kidney Yang deficiency, but I do need more information.
Wilson has forgot a very important sign for kidney Yang deficiency, you might review the text and see what it is.
Besides, the lung Qi should be involved, or even the lung Yang, but you didn't tell more about the patient.
So, that's the difficulty to make a remote diagnosis!!!

I think you are talking about could limbs, but she hasn't could, she only worse in wheater cool. I believe the kidney is the root and the lung the maifestation, because of the phlegm. I forgot to mention that she had a cronic white leukorrhea, what has been treated with acupuncture.
There should be kidney Yang insufficiency in some degree!
But it shoiuld not be too severe.
For sure the lung disorders could be related with the kidney, more or less.
But I don't know.
