Title: What kind of question for test?

Dear tutor ,

I have been studying the course A for 4 months. I would like take a chance for test. what kind of question? It is multiple choice? and also how many questions ?

As the exam is concerned, first of all, it is usually of three parts, multiple choice, fill in blanks, and answering questions, but everytime is different.
