Dear all who graduated and Tutor,
I am still studying, and i would like to ask someone who can help me to anwer one question that bothers me.
In an obese woman, is it possible that she does not have enough yin or yin fluids? In a friend of mine, first i thought her constitution is a "damp-heat", as she is overweight, sleeps badly, always agitated, cannot even rest for a long time. But watching her more closely I really dont see many signs of heat (like irritability, red face), as i see signs of yin deficiency . But her obese consitution makes me cofused.
I remember that accumulated phlegm makes fire (so she does have a depressive fire), and that obesity is an out of cells acumulated fluids. So can it be that within cells she still needs yin fluids and that is what explains yin defeciency signs?
Thank you.
