Hello Vonnie
I am just a fellow student like you, not a doctor or a teacher, but I noticed the same thing, it is a printing error. There are several similar ones in Course D but they are not hard to figure out. In this case it says "Waiguan (ST 15) of the triple energizer Meridian" which as you say cannot be correct, but if you look at the text section listing all the points, looking at the points on the Triple Energizer meridian, you can find Waiguan (SJ 5) and the text states it is one of the eight confluent points communicating with the Yangwei Meridian, so that explains it. Similar expIanation for SI 3 Houxi, not ST13 Houxi. I found after a while it was interesting to figure them out; not too hard but it made me read the text very carefully and think about each point one by one. Who knows, maybe they did it on purpose to see if we are paying attention!
I hope that is helpful.

Dear Vonnie 1,
They are indeed the printing mistakes!
Maybe the adminstrative side of Mebo has corrected them now.
It's very nice you read the text very carefully and found out these mistakes.
