If I take courses A-G but do not do the clinical practice, can I still call myself a doctor of chinese medicine? Can I use PhD after my name?

If you wish to get the title of Chinese medicine doctor, you need to take the examination of licensed Chinese medicine doctor or acupuncturist in your local area, for example, in USA, the individual need to apply the examination for the licensed Chinese medicine doctor or acupuncturist issued by NCCAOM or the State Association of Acupuncture and Oriental Medicine.
