Need advice

I just joined this forum with the thought in mind that someone here will help me out. For last 2 years I have been working and have no time to socialize and do things I like. Also due to my busy schedules, I don’t have a fixed and planned diet and I mainly tend to eat during my working hours and I think this is the main reason for my getting over weight. Is someone here who can suggest me with something that can help me to get over it?
