Decoction

Dear Miraclos Hand
It's a pleasure to talk you.
Can I do a decoction and to keep it in refrigerator for several days, or is necessary to do a new tea every day?
Best regards
Wilson Marino

Dear Wilson Marino,
It's nice to meet you here in this forum!

Yes, you could make the decoction and keep it in the refrigerator.
But you cannot keep it for too long.

Of course the best is to do it everyday.

That's a bit difficult for some people. Right?

Dear Wilson,
You could keep the decoction in the refrigerator for 3 days, basically the same as you keep the left-over food.

But everytime when you take the decoction kept in the refrigerator, you must re-heat it, maybe make it boiled.

For sure, if you want to take the decoction cold on purpose, in line with the principle of treatment, you could do it. I mean sometimes we need the cold herbs, and even the cold decoction to treat the heat syndrome.

Best regards
M/H.
