A strange Case

<p>Dear Mr. Du and David, <br />

How are you? Long time no talk. <br />
<br />
I just got a very stragne case, I would like to have your oppinion. <br />
<br />
A man, 60 years old, complain pain in his left arm, he even could not held a coffee cup. He had a swollen light dack tougue with thin white coating, sleep so so, but appetite is not bad. <br />
<br />
He didn't catch cold, but his pulse is superficial baddly in lung,spleen and liver portion, is week in kidney portion. <br />
<br />
I think he had a prolonged endogenous disease, or is that a sign of heart attack? if not, what kind disease will be? Could you please give me some tips? <br />
