Yin An Yang Theory in daily life

The theory YIn and Yang we can also use in normal daily life - as a philosophie of life - . v. e <br />
<br />
to much thinking is Yang aspect and to balance it we should do something <br />
<br />
wich is not connected with thinking v. e walking , making physical exercices and so on <br />
<br />
and every our activities should be in balance <br />
<br />
am i right ?<br />

Yes, it's absolutely right of you!!!<br />
<br />
That's the idea of Taoism, but it is also an important philosophy of Confucious. <br />
<br />
It is indeed connect with thinking, walking, or making physical exercises, but what is more important is the behaviors. <br />
<br />
The behaviors to other people, or even to other community, other race and other nation, should also follow the way of Yin and Yang. <br />
<br />
That's too much to think about!!! <br />
<br />
I'm a small person, with small number, have small need. <br />
<br />
It's much easier for me to follow the right way of Yin and Yang. <br />
<br />
But there are also some big heads in the world, very often, they cannot follow the Yin-Yang way, they would go against the nature.<br />
<br />
OK, it's not the business of mine, just let's (Medboo students) do a better Yin-Yang way. </p>
